I was proud to host Suntory Beverage and Food GB&I’s Ribena Growers’ Reception in Parliament last week, where we celebrated the hardworking Ribena growers and workers from across the UK!
A real highlight was speaking with Forest of Dean farmer Edward Keene about his collaboration with Ribena, and how he’s managing the impact of a changing climate while investing in the future of his farm.
Suntory Beverage & Food produce iconic British drinks like Ribena and Lucozade. Their factory, which is based in the Forest of Dean, plays a key role in our local economy and I am proud to support their ongoing commitment to sustainable production and investment.
It’s vital we back innovation and invest in sustainability to secure the future of UK blackcurrant farming.
